COMMISSION FORM

I have the right to decline any commission request.

All commissions will be completed in a first come first served basis

Each commission may take from a week to a month depending on my personal schedule and might take longer than that if there's a wait list which I will inform beforehand.

Please be noted that there will be an additional rush fee if the commissioner's request for the commission to be done within a demanded timeframe. Which will be charged according to how rushed the demanded deadline is. The rates are available → HERE

All prices are not fixed and is charged from the starting price onwards.

Additional charges will be priced according to the amount of details and complexity requested.

Commissioners should have a clear overview of what type of art you are looking forward to.

Any extra descriptions or additional details that were requested after payment will cost more than its initial price due to an additional transaction fee charged by PayPal.

Several References and images are required to achieve the ideal accuracy of the expected illustration. Please provide at least one pose reference picture that pictures your ideal illustration.

All descriptions to be applied on the art should be presented to me before I decide on the price.

If the commissioner is uncertain of the desired design, I will make 3 drafts after brainstorming for a few ideas, then submit it for review. Commissioner can choose 1 of the 3 drafts that was submitted for review. If the commissioner still remains uncertain, I will take liberty of choosing it for the commissioner.

From point 11 above, commissioner is going to be charged extra if more than 3 drafts were requested. (This includes the act of rejecting all 3 provided draft then deciding to provide reference after. Commissioner will need to make a second payment.)

The color profile will be in sRGB and canvas will be done in portrait or square sizes in default unless specified by the commissioner BEFORE I start the illustration.

Each stage of process will be sent to the commissioner before moving to another stage.

Commissioned works shall be cost TWICE the price if used by the commissioner for profit and commercial purposes and commissioners can only use the watermark version to advertise. If the art generates any kind of profit, it counts as commercial use. (eg. YouTube asset or various type of ad-supported sites)

Full payment must be made before I start the draft.

Payment method via PAYPAL (USD) ONLY, unless otherwise specified by me. Other applicable method includes using Visa or Ko-Fi.

Local Malaysians can request bank transfer based on USD (US Dollars) currency to RM (Ringgit Malaysia).

No refunds would be applicable unless I have not been able to deliver in a timely manner due to personal reasons which applies to rushed commissions (refer to point 4) only.

The illustration will be delivered through email in PNG or JPG file.

Commissioners must take note that you will automatically consent to me posting and sharing the commissioned piece in my art social media for all commissions once you agree to my terms.

If the commissioner has a certain date of reveal for the artwork, please do inform beforehand so that I can co-operate. If commissioner ends up unclear and did not inform clearly after 3 weeks of wait, I will take liberty to publish it on my social media accounts without further notice.

Commissioner and individuals that are involved in the business are NOT allowed to post or share my artworks/announce partnership or collaboration without proper credits if shared in a publically accessible platform and my watermark is NOT allowed to be removed at all cost.

The artist holds the copyright, the commissioner owns the artwork.

Unless the commissioner buys the actual copyright (which is not an available option that I offer), the copyright will stay within the artist and the artist retain the rights to edit the artwork whenever or however the artist prefers after submitting to the client. The artist will also retain the rights to reproduce physical or digital copies. Based on standard commission rights.

When it comes to non-commercial commissions, which are commissions for personal use and not used for business, the artist will not reproduce or monetize the artwork unless the commissioner consent to it before any payment or draft has been made.

Please be noted that normal commissions (without rushed fee) will not necessarily take up to an entire month, it could be completed earlier.

Due to the act of communicating with commissioner and waiting for a reply every update with possible cases of commissioner requesting for constant changes, it will be safer to give an estimate timeframe of one month period for a commission to be completed.

The time taken for completion depends on how the commissioner participate in the process.

I have the rights to decline any requests for a rushed commission if it does not meet my availability.

The start of requested duration will only be considered after successfully receiving payment. I will provide my payment details after both parties have come to an agreement.

There might be possibilities of exceeding the time limit if the other party is not as cooperative.

Throughout the requested duration. I will prioritize and provide constant updates and interaction to meet the timeframe.
